- Basic knowledge of tire system 

- 1-2 years experience as a vulcanizer 

- Knowledge of tire maintenance and servicing 

- Knowledge of using tire installation and Tires services tools/ equipment 

- Tire balancing and alignment 

- Candidates must be based in Kumasi
