Purpose

The Administrative Officer handles the general administrative duties.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  1. General management of JMC offices and buildings.
  2. Drafting of letters as may be needed.
  3. Maintaining an organized file system for the Group.
  4. Overseeing to security and gardening services within and outside the office buildings of JMC.
  5. Managing office petty cash by providing cash vouchers to the requestor, providing the funds requested for after request is approved and ensuring each disbursement is backed by the appropriate receipts.
  6. Responsible for fleet movements and management of activities of company pool drivers.
  7. Responsible for vehicle servicing and maintenance, road worthy and insurance renewal.
  8. Ensuring that office supplies i.e., stationery, water, sundry purchases are fully supplied each month.

 

Qualifications/Experience


  1. Oversee general management of office buildings and facilities, ensuring smooth operations.
  2. Draft and manage official correspondence as required.
  3. Maintain an organized filing system for company records and documentation.
  4. Supervise office security, gardening services, and fleet management, including vehicle maintenance and driver activities.
  5. Manage office petty cash, disburse funds with proper documentation, and ensure timely supply of office materials and services.
