Job Purpose

The core purpose of the role is to oversee and drive the development, construction, and sales processes for real estate projects, ensuring alignment with Duston Properties' business objectives.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferably Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience sales and marketing within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, construction practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies for real estate projects.
