As a Customer Support Agent at Spring Green Lawn Care, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our lawn care services. You will provide exceptional service to clients by answering questions, resolving issues, scheduling appointments, and offering advice on our products and services. Your role is vital in maintaining positive relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle customer complaints or issues, providing timely solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with scheduling lawn care services, ensuring appointments are set accurately and promptly.
• Assist with billing, payments, and processing customer orders or service requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company database.
• Collect and record customer feedback to help improve services and products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
• Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
