Takoradi Gas Limited is one of the leading industrial gas manufacturers and distributors of world-renowned welding accessories, welding consumables, and power tools brands in Ghana. As a growing company, we are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence while supporting our valued employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all human resource activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3. Handle employee performance management, including feedback, evaluations, and career development planning.
4. Facilitate training and development programs to ensure continuous professional growth and compliance with regulatory standards.
5. Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
6. Ensure compliance with Ghana labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
7. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
8. Collaborate with senior management on HR strategy and workforce planning.
9. Managing local union and TUC, conducting union negotiations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in HR management or similar roles.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations in Ghana. 
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems. 
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
