Responsibilities 

• Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and identify potential threats
• Examine financial records and ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Review processes and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
• Keep an eye on the corporate climate and monitor governance processes
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations

• Facilitate internal and external audit efforts
• Advise management on the development of systems, policies, and plans.

Requirement

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Must be a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Ghana.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience ina similar role.
• Work experience in the Freight Forwarding. industry is an added advantage.
