We require the services of an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist in growing our portfolio
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all clerical works
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Research and create presentations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Resolve administrative problems
- Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum Degree (Communications/ Public Relations Preferred)
- 3+ years of Experience
- Age between 25 - 28yrs
- Preferably a female
- Must leave at least 30-45 minutes away from East Legon
- Must be Tech savvy
- Reporting and Administrative Writing Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (A proof of proficiency required)
- Professionalism and Problem-Solving
- Multi-Tasking Skill
- Knowledge in the use of Design Tools is a plus
