At The Tilt Institute our mission is to advance leaders for strategic advantage. One of the driving forces behind our highly acclaimed programs is a skilled and dedicated executive support team. We are seeking a highly qualified executive assistant to help facilitate our seminal Leadership Foundations program and support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project coordination as well as experience working in a client-facing role.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive calendar management
- Communicate with clients as needed in a professional manner
- Facilitate meetings between executive and clients and/or potential targets
- Maintain tracking system for business development
- Support executive and provide additional support to team as needed
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Update client presentations as needed
- Assist with day-to-day social media tasks including scheduling and posting content, managing outreach efforts and monitoring engagement
- Manage owner’s travel expenses and prepare expense reports
Skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years in executive support role
- Exceptional client service orientation and professional communication skills
- 3+ years project coordination
- Self-starter with strong initiative and curiosity
- Tech-savvy with demonstrated willingness and capacity to learn new tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Experience with Google Calendar and Zoom
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly basic Excel and PowerPoint
Part-time remote work opportunity. 20hr a week (4hr per day with some flexibility). Salaried position 24-28K commensurate with experience.
