About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle staff queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training programs and performance management activities.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
