JOB TITLE
Assistant Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation 

LOCATION Accra 

EMPLOYMENT TYPE Permanent 

PURPOSE OF POSITION To provide technical and operational support for the performance of the Monitoring & Evaluation functions of the Fund.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Collects data for the formulation of policies. 
  2. Implements programmes and activities of the Unit. 
  3. Participates in the monitoring and evaluation of the programmes and activities of the Fund 
  4. ollects data for the development of guidelines, strategies and performance indicators for the monitoring and evaluation activities of the Fund. 
  5. Collects data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the Unit 
  6. Collects date for the preparation of annual work plan and budget of the Unit 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or any other relevant field from an accredited tertiary institution. 
  2. Must have completed National Service;

  1. Analytical and problem-solving skills 
  2.  Knowledge in the use of Statistical applications 
  3. Knowledge in quantitative and qualitative research skills 
  4.  Knowledge of project management 
  5. Good team-player 
  6. Monitoring and evaluation skills 
  7. Innovative skills 
  8. Good communication and presentation skills 
  9. Knowledge in relevant IT applications.
