A well-established Engineering Consulting Firm, with over 25 years of experience delivering impactful infrastructure and development projects for government institutions and international agencies, and a recent expansion into the hospitality industry with a groundbreaking hospitality venture is looking for high-performing finance professionals ready to lead and grow with an innovative, multi-sector organization.
We are inviting applications for the following key positions:
1. HEAD OF FINANCE
A strategic financial leader to oversee the Group's entire finance operations, including both the consulting division and the pioneering hospitality subsidiary. This executive-level role demands strong financial stewardship, strategic insight, and the ability to support diverse business models under one group.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTANT - ENGINEERING CONSULTING DIVISION
Dedicated to the consulting arm, this role involves managing all core accounting functions, including reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and project financials. The Principal Accountant will work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting on government and donor-funded engineering projects.
3. ACCOUNT OFFICERS - ENGINEERING CONSULTING DIVISION
We seek detail-oriented professionals to handle daily accounting operations for the consulting business, ensuring data accuracy, timely reconciliations, and sound record-keeping in support of complex project finances.
KEY REQUIREMENTS (Vary by Role):
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is strongly preferred
- Minimum of:
10 years for Head of Finance (with at least 3 in a senior leadership role)
5 years for Principal Accountant - 2-3 years for Account Officers
- Experience managing the finances of government infrastructure projects and international donor-funded programs (e.g., World Bank, AFD) would be an added advantage for the Head of Finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting systems, budgeting, and financial compliance
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Integrity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
