Job Description:
Parin Africa Limited is seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee general office upkeep.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist various departments with clerical duties as needed.
- Any other task that may be assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Education: HND or Degree in Business Administration, client/customer service Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in front desk or administrative roles.
- Gender Requirement: Female applicants only (below 35 years).
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
