1. Oversee and manage the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
3. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
4. Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement.
