JOB TITLE Manager, Research
LOCATION Accra

PURPOSE OF POSITION To provide operational support for the performance of the Research functions of the Fund.
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises the collection of data for the formulation of policies;
Facilitates the preparation of the strategic plan of the Fund;
Implements the programmes and activities of the Unit;
Provides inputs for development of guidelines and strategies for the conduct of research, monitoring
and evaluations activities of the Board s
Prepares and produces fact sheets, policy briefs, research findings and reports;
Provides inputs for the development of research agenda, research proposals and the preparation of
resource mobilization plan;
Leads in the conduct of research;
Collates data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the Unit;
Facilitates the preparation of annual reports of the Fund;
Collates data for the preparation of the annual budget and work plan of the Unit;
Supervises and appraises the performance of subordinate staff of the Unit;
QUALIFICATION AND
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Project Management or any other related discipline from an
accredited tertiary institution;
A minimum of one (1) year relevant post Bachelor’s degree work experience in a relevant
organization;
